11 a.m. – Photographer arrives to bride/bridesmaids prep (makeup/hair) already underway.

11:30 a.m. -- Groom prep at hotel begins

12:30-1:15 p.m. --  Groom and groomsmen portraits  (note: groom and bride kept apart)

 

            Groom solo, with best man, with groomsmen, with brothers, groom with brothers and sisters,

 groom with family, groom with dad, groom with mom and dad

 

1:15-1:30 p.m. -- Bride getting into gown, plus final touch ups.

1:30-2:15 p.m. -- Bride and bridesmaids portraits  (note: groom and bride kept apart)

6:15 p.m. -- Grand march at reception; Cake Cutting; Dinner begins at 6:30 p.m.; watch for speeches, presentations.

8 p.m. -- Dance begins – First Dance, Father-Daughter Dance, Wedding Party Dance

9 p.m. – Photography ends with bouquet toss

 

This plan serves as a skeleton for the day, guiding you in scheduling the other aspects of your

wedding day. For example, by knowing when formal portraits are scheduled, we can make sure

the right family members need to be present, we know when bouquets and boutonnieres need to

be delivered, etc. It also serves as my list of “must-haves.” This plan is generated from the

Wedding Photography Worksheet you filled out and our discussions.
