1. By reading, agreeing to and signing this
contract, the contracting party is ordering the services of V. Paul
Virtucio as its wedding photographer. Wedding Photography coverage will be for __________
hours. V. Paul
Virtucio
will provide the contracting party with CDs of digital files that are good for
reprints up to 16x20”, and
any of the
following: (please initial beside desired
service):
a) one proof book
of 4x6” prints; ___________
b) one 12-page,
hardbound wedding storybook; ___________
2. V. Paul Virtucio retains his copyright
ownership of the images and may use the images for advertising,
exhibition,
internet use or any other lawful use. V. Paul Virtucio allows the contracting
party unlimited
personal
use and reprint permission of the images.
3. All care will be taken with the digital files
and photographs taken during the wedding. By signing this
contract,
the contracting party agrees to limit V. Paul Virtucio’s
liability for loss, damage or failure to deliver
photographs
or digital files for any reason to a refund of all payments made.
4. By signing this contract, V. Paul Virtucio
and the contracting party agree to reserve the time and date of
the
wedding. V. Paul Virtucio will not make other reservations for that time and
date. For this reason, all
deposits
are non-refundable if the time and date is change or the wedding is cancelled
for any reason by the
contracting
party.
5 The fee for V. Paul Virtucio’s
wedding photography services is : $______________.

A deposit of 50 % of the fee is due upon signing this
contract. The remaining balance is due at the
ceremony rehearsal or at least one day before the
wedding date.

are competent to contract in my/our own name(s). I/we
confirm that I/we have read the herein agreement
prior to its execution and I/we are fully familiar with the
contents thereof. This agreement shall be binding
upon us and our heirs, legal representatives and assigns.

of this agreement with all blank lines completed.
